A 370hr PCB uses high-Tg (high glass-transition-temperature) FR4 substrate, typically with a Tg of 170 °C or higher. Use 370hr boards in demanding thermal environments, lead-free assembly processes, or any application where the board will see elevated operating temperatures or multiple reflow cycles.

What is an MCPCB and what is it used for?

An MCPCB (Metal-Core Printed Circuit Board) uses a metal substrate — usually aluminum — to dissipate heat away from components.
